After charging successfully, our charging cable would not release from the box. Eventually after leaving the car plugged in overnight we could unplug
Another user told us that the first car on the charging point charges for free. When the second plugs in the first car stops. No apparent way to charge and pay since QR code doesn’t work but we seem to be charging for free! Only 6kW though…

Carga gratuita y sin apps, llegar y cargar
La app/web es malísima imposible hacerla funcionar. No hay ninguna indicación.
Imposible conectar. No va con ninguna app y el QR solo aparece “404 not found”. No hay tampoco ningún teléfono de contacto ni otras instrucciones.
Esta tarde, 27/07/24 hemos intentado cargar en el punto A de este cargador y ha sido imposible.
Cargando de nuevo a 6,4kW sin problema. Enchufar y cargar. Lo único que suele haber coches no eléctricos ni enchufables ocupando las plazas…
Imposible cargar, la aplicación en iOS no la encuentro, y desde la página web dice que el cargador no esta disponible, ademas pone a 0'6 el kw, muy caro para la potencia del cargador
