With this agreement, our users now have access to more than 500 new fast and ultra-fast charging points (over 150kW) throughout the Iberdrola | bp pulse network. This collaboration reinforces our commitment to offer convenient, fast, reliable and accessible charging solutions for all electric vehicle drivers.
Iberdrola | bp pulse is a company born from the union of Iberdrola and bp, two leading companies, which joined forces at the end of 2023 with a very clear ambition: to revolutionize the ultrafast public electric charging sector through the implementation of the most extensive and innovative network in Iberia. The purpose is to contribute to the progress towards a more sustainable mobility model by weaving transforming alliances, both in the public and private spheres.
With an investment of around 1 billion euros, Iberdrola | bp pulse has set itself the goal of having 11,700 charging points operational by 2030. Its goal is to completely break down one of the main barriers to the adoption of electric vehicles by the general public: the perception that there is not a network large and powerful enough to meet the future needs of the market.
