Muy amable la atención telefónica. El punto 1 DC CCS 50kW está bloqueado y no lo han podido solucionar a distancia. Dicen que envían servicio técnico para desbloquearlo.
Siguen sin funcionar los 2 puntos de recarga de 50 kW. Está operativo el de 22 kW. Llamando previamente a Canarias te Recarga.

i was here 1 week ago but 2 parking places fully packed with non-EV's .. asking learned that the charger did not work. i did not believe it, and crossparked and try to charge - but no effect. i send a message to the Provider Carariasterecarga.com - but no reply .. (it looks like a great benefit for the local people to park their car there - so they switched off the power .. i guess
El punto de recarga es gratis
Me comunican que funcionan, pero a 16A, si cargas a 32A se desconecta y da error. Si ven coches aparcados, son los de los trabajadores, avisan en tienda y ellos los quitan.
Estuvimos ayer y no pudimos recargar porque nunca lo habían probado, ni tan siquiera sabían cómo utilizar el programa de ordenador para efectuar el suministro... Pésimo. Esperamos media hora para ver si podían solucionar la incidencia y nos tuvimos que ir a buscar otro punto de recarga en el sur de la isla porque no nos pudieron dar solución ni a corto ni a largo plazo. Esperemos que, a partir de ahora, tengan conciencia de la importancia de un punto de recarga que sea útil y en pleno funcionamiento. Al final encontramos uno en Parque Santiago 6 y todo perfecto.
Solo es una plaza? Pongan como mínimo 4 plazas, creo que vale la pena ampliar.
