All of the charging station are out of order, wrapped in the plastic foil - brand new - and the entry to the stations is blocked by a chain. The security of the parking garage could not help (partly because of my bad Spanish knowledge). I don’t think those charging stations were ever in use. Very sad to spend the time and left battery capacity to reach to this place. Why it is on the map at all?
