El cargador no es de 11Kw sino de 5Kw. Si te quedas toda la noche merece.

Yo lo uso con tarjeta y funciona a la primera. El parking tiene tarifa plana de 21:00 a 08:00 y solo cuesta 2,80€ todas ese intervalo.
Intenté cargar usando la App de Endesa X y no lo conseguí porque no llegaba a iniciar la carga. Quizás con la tarjeta sí funcione, lo volveré a intentar.
