Es un timo. Parece que hace falta una tarjeta RFID o algo así para activar, pero no lo dice en ningún sitio. Me descargado la app de EDP y he recargado 20€, pero no funciona (da error al intentar cargar). Un auténtico timo. Y el cargador que hay en McDonald's igual.
