L’azienda richiede di registrarsi al loro servizio creando un nuovo account. Il problema è che la validazione dell’account avviene dopo giorni, rendendo così inutile l’utilizzo della colonnina, che dovrebbe essere immediato. Inoltre L’app è poco chiara circa le modalità di utilizzo e di pagamento, si potrebbe incorrere nell’errore di caricare i dati della carta ma si finisce per prenotare il loro servizio di car sharing non proprio economico.
