Está fuera de servicio desde hace casi un año
No funciona
No está funcionando tipo 2 hace rato. El cargador tipo 1 funciona de manera intermitente pero no mantiene la carga por más de 3 horas. Muy mal servicio. No hay una número para comunicarse para solucionar el problema
Es posible Cargar Ciclomotores y bicicletas ??? hay algún cargador alterno ?
Pésimo servicio conector CCS no funciona, además solo pago con tarjeta ESSA personas de otras ciudades no tenemos posibilidad de cargar.

Para solicitar tarjeta a la essa se requiere presentar copia de la factura de la electricidad donde uno reside en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga. La idea a futuro es que lo que uno consuma se registre automáticamente a la factura de la electricidad, aunque por ahora no está registrando cobro alguno
