Stopped by and charged while our family enjoyed meal at the High Plains Diner across 1st street (Route 79). A bit of a walk, but not to bad in decent weather. There is a nearby crosswalk. It was Friday when we visited so I was able to get the Friday Rib special at the Diner. Very tasty! As a bonus the charge was complementary! Big Thanks to the town of Bennett, for providing this pleasant place for a pit stop!
