This parking structure is seemingly local right across from Central Park, and next door to a police station in Pasadena. I found it to be a safe parking structure where the EV chargers are located on the first floor. As you drive into the parking structure, the chargers are located on the immediate left, right before you drive through the gate to the upper parking levels.
